The Mall was an Oakland/San Francisco based band that broke up last year after only releasing one album. You may know them as the first music to ever be set to the Mash SF commercial that circulated heavily around the internet and the flashy side of bike culture for a while. Well, they finally put out the video a while ago, but years after the first commercial. Regardless, I don't want to get into a long rant on why I hate bike culture at this point, I really don't see the point. The Mall's one release though was VERY good, in a kind of japanther meets matt and kim meets some kind of basement lo-fi dance thrash type way.
Anyway, I uploaded it tonight for someone, and it's really worth a listen if you have some distinct taste.
